明閣旺角店拎咗米芝蓮好多年了,佢哋最近喺灣仔開咗分店,仲推出咗啲灣仔分店限定嘅菜式,港島人有口福了😋。極品蜜汁叉燒 $208 比起平時嘅叉燒相比,明閣招牌嘅叉燒更加肥美,食落蜜汁同油香混埋一齊,叉燒肉質軟稔,超正。焗釀鮮蟹蓋 (芝士焗或酥炸) $158(位) 呢道菜嚟明閣必食!唔單止造型有gimmick適合打卡,個餡都好勁,入面成個都充斥住一絲絲嘅蟹肉,成個都係!我食嘅芝士焗蟹蓋更加增添咗鹹香。巧手醋香黑豚肉 $268 (圖為半份) 呢個係灣仔店先有㗎,醋味唔會太過酸,另外仲加咗焦糖點綴,食咁多肉都唔會覺得膩。明閣炸子雞 $288/半隻 雞皮香脆而肉嫩,唔點sauce食已經好正。另一亮點係啲蓮藕片,薄身炸完好似薯片咁,但又比薯片多咗蓮藕嘅甜。珊瑚素心燕 $208 素食嚟講呢個都算高質,底下係消暑必食嘅冬瓜絲,面頭係甘筍蓉同蛋白,食落好清甜,食肉獸嘅我都好喜歡💕窩燒海味飯 $238 有別於傳統中菜,呢個飯係加入咗日本豉油去炒,出嚟嘅飯粒粒分明之餘,又帶濕潤,味道仲多一份甜。黑糖桃膠薑汁3.6牛乳奶凍 $68 不得了嘅甜品!平時我係唔會食薑味嘅嘢,但呢個薑汁用嚟配上黑糖桃膠,出嚟嘅效果好提
