To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早一天便打電話來預約訂位,因為餐廳不大,午餐時間如果walk-in可能較難等位。叫了個虎蝦牛柳配薯餅。食物的賣相相當精緻吸引。味道方面,牛柳叫了五成熟,肉質嫩,有著很濃的牛味,有肉汁。虎蝦新鮮爽口。令人最驚喜反而是那塊正正方方的薯餅。外表煎至一層金黃色的脆層,十分香脆可口,內裡是軟滑、帶有牛油香的薯餅,吃起來有層次,相當美味。食物的份量剛好。午餐還包括湯及飲品,價錢都只是大約兩百元內,很值得一試。
