International Food Wise Eateries

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

粉嶺西餐廳好多，但有特色價錢相宜既就唔多，聯和墟開了一些很高級的西餐廳因為太貴所以未試，但這一間我基本上每年也會回顧一次，為的就是唔洗100蚊既炭燒牛扒餐同埋獨有的蕃薯奶茶今晚8點半去到居然唔洗等位，可能過左食晚飯時間啦！已經好耐無嚟其實佢有好多選擇，有平有貴，我今次都係食平d既牛扒餐，有湯同餐包，不過無野飲，要另加錢!我地都揀左白湯，應該係南瓜湯，都幾濃，不錯!還有香脆牛油法包，我地2個人有3塊!我我老公叫左個牛柳蕃茄焗飯，等左唔洗15分鐘就到，上菜都好快，他說味道不算好特別但也不錯，$85~~不包飲品登登登~~到我的炭燒牛扒餐，我食了好幾年，不斷加價同縮水~~物價通脹嗎~不過牛扒好淋，應該5成熟~配埋黑椒汁同炭燒味道也很不錯，配菜也是熱的~今次怕肥無揀薯菜，因為呢度薯菜係原隻新薯仔，幾好味架~不過呢個set係無得揀幾成熟，我覺得呢個價錢嚟講個牛扒真係唔錯，因為出面有d賣到好貴都會好硬架!!最後，為左呢杯蕃薯奶茶而嚟，跟餐要加$13~所以加了一杯!比較鍾意飲凍既，因為飲過熱比較甜~~飲凍既就剛好，佢係無冰架，但係飲到d蕃薯蓉，甜度剛好，有d似印度拉茶味~~值得一試
