To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日約了三個朋友去上環南豐中心香港老飯店食生日飯,可能時間有點晚,不需要等位,環境方面良好,服務員又夠積極,有不停加水,服務態度有水準👍🏻,部份菜式可按人頭數量而作出調整,值得一讚!南翔小籠包(十隻) 價錢算經濟,皮薄多汁,一定要熱食,沾上薑醋令味道提昇不少。花彫醉雞味道很入味,酒味較重,雞肉非常嫩滑。清炒蝦仁份量很足,有用過百隻蝦拆肉去腸,全部都是人手功夫,這價錢是非常值得。醬爆四季豆 - 很香好餸飯,四季豆營養成份高,其食用纖維亦能幫助腸胃蠕動,味道不太咸,非常惹味。蔥爆牛肉 - 蔥爆牛肉肉質嫩滑、京蔥香脆!高麗豆沙 - 外脆內軟,賣相有點似榴槤,由第一口至最後一口都食倒有豆沙,美味可口,知道做這甜品比較考功夫,滿分,是我吃過最好吃的高力豆沙壽包 - 未見過帶著咁嫩綠的葉嘅迷你壽包,賣相一流,甜度剛剛好,生日的朋友都讚口不絕!
