To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

2人行, 黎到這間老上海茱館, 格局裝修好有傳統風味 叫了個2人套餐, 2送一湯+白飯+八寶茶2個送叫了賽旁蟹 & 糖醋魚塊賽旁蟹:雖然明知賽旁蟹只是蛋白, 但可以整到有蟹味, 真係覺得好神奇, 所以食上海野我好鐘意叫這個送這裡的賽旁蟹煮得幾好, 無過火, 所以食落感覺真係好有蟹的味道:糖醋魚塊:一開始以為係魚柳, 但原來係mcdonald的魚塊, 幸好炸得唔loan, 食落口脆脆的, 都ok而且個汁好好味, 酸酸甜甜, 幾開胃, 如果可以換上魚柳, 這個送真係perfect湯要了酸辣湯, 只有上海鋪先有, 當然選這個這裡的酸辣湯係我食過的算數一數二的好, 好足料, 酸辣俱備有豬肚、火腿、筍、雞肉、木耳等等而且份量都幾多, 我地每人可以食到3碗 ^^最後2柸八寶茶, 食飽飲這個茶, 好舒服
