To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 知佢係港島區開張 (15/08/10), 突登個日幫襯。兩個人叫左：酸辣粉 - 招牌貨, 驚太辣, 叫左BB辣程度土豆絲 - 夠爽口, 有少許麻辣味蒜泥白肉 - 蒜泥夠味, 如果d 白肉薄d 仲好手撕雞麵 - 冇乜特別夫妻肺片 - 友人叫既, 佢話ok 架甜品係套餐加$5 的開心冰粉, 煙煙韌韌幾得意, 不過糖水唔夠甜可能係新開張la, d 侍應有d 手忙腳亂, 當日老闆都係到 (之前睇雜誌介紹過佢)。有個女侍應似資深d 還可以, 但係有個後生仔男侍應同門口個肥妹仔就唔得, 個男仔不斷打'harm mor'. 間舖其實係細既, 但係我都要叫左3次埋單先有人真係應我, 最攞命係佢地同我眼神接觸左唔應我。希望佢地會改善la，話晒都幾底食既。
