To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 經過灣仔道,不經意留意到豎立在街角的「易拉架」,見這間名字奇怪的餐廳正在試業中,於是帶著好奇心爬上殘舊的樓梯‧‧‧‧‧‧店舖面積不小,下午兩時仍然坐滿九成食客,環顧四周的裝飾和擺設,都甚為古舊,歷史感很重。午餐選擇約有十款,都是台灣熱門美食,例如三杯雞飯、滷肉飯、豬腳飯、紅燒牛肉麵、豬腳麵線、擔仔麵等,價錢方面由$65-$75不等,飲品另加$15-$25,不設加一。其中滷肉飯套餐相當有驚喜,因為一碗滷肉飯配上一碟份量相當充足的滷水拼盤,有豬耳仔、豬腸、牛展及豆腐,滷得相當入味。牛肉麵亦是非常出色,喜歡濃味一點可以選紅燒,想清淡點亦可選清燉,牛肉的份量亦是非常多,而且很軟嫩,無骨啖啖肉,連湯及麵一起入口,十分滋味。這裡的午餐上枱時都會連同前菜一拼放在盤內,賣相精緻,置於鋪了特色枱布的餐桌上,真偽文青都一定很喜歡,還會瘋狂的拿起手機拍照放閃。
