To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今朝要好早起身..所以大快活一開門我就做左第一個客.叫左炒蛋雞扒加熱華田..俾飛幾時候聽倒入面廚房話:咁快賣野!d野都未得! 心諗死啦,,會唔會加料架?_?點知返倒屋企一打開..嘩~炒蛋唔係一pat野,雞扒亦都煎得好靚,唔係好'火農' 味道唔錯.不過塊多士就差d喇 淋哂,可能外賣用紙袋入住搞住d水蒸氣搞倒咁,又唔想哂左塊多士就將d炒蛋同多士一齊食,都幾夾架喎~順帶一提,炒蛋好滑不過佢既水準時好時壞..真係要睇下好唔好彩不過我都會keep住幫襯既~^^"
