To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本身夜晚好少落樓下食飯,但係有親戚黎左而母親大人唔想煮,所以試下幾款茶餐廳既小菜啦首先講下啦,呢間茶記做早餐啲質素已經大不如前啦,阿姐態度又差,啲多士又唔脆口,公仔麵無味,仲有個早餐menu已經cut左好多款啦但係今次試完啲小菜之後,覺得夜晚可以再黎食過1. 土魷蒸肉餅 (好味指數:4/5)肉餅同土魷既味道好夾,雖然腍左少少,但係味道好入味,而且淋上自家豉油突出肉既鮮味,送白飯一流😚2. 紅燒班腩豆腐煲(好味指數;:3.5/5)一上菜個煲熱辣辣,班腩炸得唔錯,唔太厚粉,啲汁都覆蓋到每個班腩上面,豆腐同班腩都好多,但略嫌個個醬汁未夠突出😩3. 椒鹽骨 (好味指數:4/5)一上碟已經聞到好香好香既炸蒜同小辣椒味道,試落口骨炸得都幾鬆脆,而家份量好多,骨都好大舊,食到有啲停唔到口🤤4. 粉絲雜菜煲 (好味指數:3/5)湯好清,加上蝦米既味道,令到啲菜唔會過於清淡,配左唔同既菜如菜心,芥蘭,西蘭花,口感唔錯既☺️整體黎講,我第一次食呢間茶記既小菜令我對佢改觀左,下次唔煮飯既都可以再試下其他款式先😆😆😆好味指數:😋😋😋😋😋😋😋

但係今次試完啲小菜之後,覺得夜晚可以再黎食過
1. 土魷蒸肉餅 (好味指數:4/5)
肉餅同土魷既味道好夾,雖然腍左少少,但係味道好入味,而且淋上自家豉油突出肉既鮮味,送白飯一流😚
