之前喺外國食過好食嘅中東菜,返嚟香港一直想回味,所以一直research邊度有好食嘅中東菜,誤打誤撞之下,就約咗班friend過嚟呢一間餐廳碰吓運氣。嗰日係閒日夜晚,所以餐廳都冇乜人,用咗OpenRice Booking,一去到就有得入座。睇一睇個餐牌,發現坐落士丹頓街嘅呢個地段,啲嘢食都唔平🤭 雖然一早預咗,但係即管抱着一個「咩都試吓」嘅心態,根據佢嘅推薦嗌咗幾樣嘢食。前菜係鷹嘴豆泥配彼得包,彼得包烤得略乾。心目中正宗而且好食嘅鷹嘴豆泥應該係綿滑而且有忌廉感(其實同正宗而且好食嘅薯蓉差唔多)。但係味道似乎欠缺一種油香同 richness,面頭嘅車厘茄的確令到味道層次更加豐富,可惜鷹嘴豆泥口感較為粗糙,而且有啲酸,加咗蔥花點綴都無助於令呢味appetiser更加香。最後三扒兩撥,就連埋彼得包食晒。另外嗌咗一樣前菜係烤八爪魚,味道平平,份量極少,而且外圍嘅炸粉有啲淋zi zi,口感打咗折扣。而且只有一條好大同長嘅八爪魚觸鬚,唔明點解佢賣咁貴。主菜係烤肉拼盤配薯條同埋(又係)彼得包,價錢超過500大元,所以都有啲期望。嗰晚我哋三個男仔去食,估唔到份量都非常足夠, 豬、羊、牛、雞,各有兩串,

另外嗌咗一樣前菜係烤八爪魚,味道平平,份量極少,而且外圍嘅炸粉有啲淋zi zi,口感打咗折扣。而且只有一條好大同長嘅八爪魚觸鬚,唔明點解佢賣咁貴。

主菜係烤肉拼盤配薯條同埋(又係)彼得包,價錢超過500大元,所以都有啲期望。嗰晚我哋三個男仔去食,估唔到份量都非常足夠, 豬、羊、牛、雞,各有兩串,夾埋薯條,食到我哋捧住個肚。當中烤得最好嘅係豬,我覺得算係對得住個價錢,豬肉嘅肉汁完美保存,而且一啲都唔韌,咬落去仲有豬柳嘅彈牙感同埋肉香,我諗佢係用咗相當靚嘅豬肉。羊肉冇乜臊味,所以有一段時間我都唔係好知佢係羊肉😅 至於雞肉同牛肉,一般來講都唔韌,屬於正常水平。

應佢嘅推薦,嗌咗一杯「希臘特產」香蕉smoothie, 坦白講我飲唔出有咩獨特之處,香蕉味唔太重,因為枱面嘅燭光,杯嘢飲咗冇幾耐就融化咗,純粹當係一杯清爽嘅果汁咁飲,喺食完一堆熱氣嘅燒烤食物之後,係幾解渴嘅😎

呢餐飯埋單每人$323 ,以中環來講,就當食環境同鋪租啦,不過如果講食物質素嘅話,我諗應該唔會有第二次啦👀

希望繼續努力發掘香港好食嘅中東菜🤔
