睇完多啦A夢展覽,嗱嗱臨走去附近商場搵嘢食,好似用咗「隨意門」咁,找到了一間叫「忠孝東路」吃台灣菜的店:店子的裝修簡潔,帶點文青書卷味:坐低即刻點餐,隨套餐的「凍蜜桃茶」,冰涼解渴,味道自然少甜,不錯:另一杯「凍豆漿」,亦標榜少甜,這點我甚欣賞:「紅燒半筋半肉湯麵」$68一碗好吃的牛肉麵,湯底一定是靈魂所在,同吃日本拉麵如出一轍。通常台灣牛肉麵有分「紅燒」及「清燉」兩種湯底,各有捧場客。先嚐湯,不算很濃郁及有個性,勝在味精感不重,一般水準:牛筋有預其中的軟腍:牛肉是牛𦟌腱部位,軟腍不失咬口,則甚入味:我覺得它的直牛肉條其實做得不錯,相比一般使用的橫切牛𦟌,炆得腍要下功夫;亦因為是腱條位,每口肉質能做到鬆軟,也不容易:另一食友的「迷你肉鬆滷肉飯」$55輕食完呢一餐,又好似要用「隨意門」咁,趕下一場。
