To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

難得可以返工時間外出上堂 簡直是人生樂事 更難得是平日可以相約飯腳用膳 絕對是可一不可再 走到平日少到既灣仔區 人多車多食肆都不少 飯腳特意選了呢間好近我上堂附近既樂食坊彷如茶記般裝潢 地方不算好大 坐得尚算舒適 望望午餐清單 選擇都有不少 跟飯腳一人一個午餐 豬扒菜飯 豬扒份量不少 以煎代替炸 感覺健康多了 雖然是香煎 依家香口酥軟 味道剛好不會太重味 飯是有味菜飯 類似上海菜飯形式 但比傳統菜飯來得健康 沒有重油光 食落味道剛好 蠻不錯 而且份量同樣不少 跟飯腳分著吃都可以吃得飽飽雙色豆腐龍脷柳飯 所謂雙色是指豆豉同豆瓣醬 混起來味道惹味 尤其是混在味道清淡既豆腐及龍脷柳魚上更覺點睛 龍脷柳食落軟腍柔滑 處理得尚算不錯是道健康少鹽家常便飯
