To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日特別想食拉麵 帶個仔喺附近上完堂 附近幾間拉麵我都試過 試埋呢間佐敦嘅拉麵餐廳就試得七七八八了一個招牌熊拉麵 超濃既豬骨湯味 佢哋介紹係用咗大量嘅豬骨煲12個鐘 濃縮成為自家濃厚奶白湯底 配料可以 自己選擇加減 麵嘅粗幼硬到都有得選擇 叉燒可以選擇火炙肥叉燒 梅頭瘦叉燒 角切叉燒粒 呢一碗揀咗梅頭瘦叉燒 肉質好嫩 佢嘅好食程度係個仔可以自己乖乖咁坐喺度食晒佢碗入面嗰啲而個黑熊拉麵係叫俾我自己嘅 豬骨湯底加咗黑蒜油同炸蒜 個味道係更加濃厚 而呢碗我係揀咗火炙肥叉燒 但係都唔會覺得太肥膩 不過因為湯底好濃郁 食完一定要飲返多啲水追加左佢哋自家製煎餃子 餃子上面有滿滿嘅紫菜條 點完個醬汁好好味
