To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期四夜晚去到佐敦諗唔到食咩好,想食啲濕濕地有湯嘅野,見到拉麵店門口都算冇乜人排隊,應該唔洗等好耐就揀左熊拉麵。叫左魚介熊拉麵($97),因為見佢係魚介豚骨湯,應該會鮮啲香濃啲,可以揀梅頭瘦叉燒、火炙肥叉燒或者角切叉燒粒。麵可以揀1.25mm幼麵或者1.5mm粗麵。個人喜歡梅頭瘦叉燒多啲,麵就食開粗麵,因為覺得冇咁易食到最後淋晒。半熟玉子好有醬油香味,流心嘅,對我黎講除左個湯底之外,蛋都係拉麵嘅主角。個湯香濃得黎唔會飲到好口渴,忍唔住食一啖麵飲一啖湯。除左個拉麵仲叫左2個小食,芝士魚肉條($36)炸到好香口,啲芝士都好多,一口咬落去必晒出黎。熊自家製餃子($48)有5隻,但味道就一般,個皮有啲太厚,個味比較清淡,價錢略貴。整體黎講依間拉麵中上水準,只係個冷氣唔太夠凍,食食下見到對面個男人大汗踏細汗,滴晒落碗麵度🫣
