最近在佐敦附近做完運動,見到周圍都好多野食,今次就經過呢家叫印度筷子的餐廳,個名都幾特別,明明印度就係用手食飯,家下係唔係FUSION左香港特色,所以就叫INDIAN CHOPSTICKS呢~!?今日同朋友來,叫了印度咖哩,呢個真係名菜必食的吧~咖哩雞食得出有好多香料,不過就TUNE得O岩O岩好,所以係好OK既味道,唔會好像之前食過一D好濃既。好明顯,廚師真係調到O岩我地本地人既口味~!呢到既所有職員都係印度朋友,加上充滿香料的氣味,及幾得意既裝潢,真係可以幻想自己去左印度旅行~我地點左個叫馬拉沙的食物,其實食落都好似咖哩,味道都唔錯。素菜咖喱角,炸到脆卜卜,新鮮熱辣一點有四件,入邊包左印度香料及蔬菜,食落都好好味,比起一般嘅咖喱角 TAI Keen,抵食。無骨印度燒雞,呢個都好特別,雞肉唔會煮到好乾,而且有獨特嘅印度香料葉,令到味道非常特別,好少喺街外面食到,令人印象深刻。

素菜咖喱角,炸到脆卜卜,新鮮熱辣一點有四件,入邊包左印度香料及蔬菜,食落都好好味,比起一般嘅咖喱角 TAI Keen,抵食。
