Restaurant: Lo Chiu Vietnamese Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 老實講,住附近嘅街坊都知呢間嘢係咩料。但係屋企老人家想食越南嘢又唔想去遠地方食,只能夠揀老趙。其實佢以前正正常常,但係唔知由幾時開始就變得越嚟越求其。好似以前識咖哩咖哩都仲會有蒜蓉包,而家就得返普通法包。炒粉炒菜都係,而家變得冇晒鑊氣重好油;啲料仲要落好少。今次最令人唔爽嘅就係,佢嘅金不換牛肉炒飯啦,成碟嘢搵到底都剩係得一塊金不換,大佬你疊嘢成百幾蚊。仲有出餐,真係好😕
