今日係佐敦行街,行到熱熱地搵到間樓上鋪坐左陣。叫左個串燒拼盤,$168係抵食,有牛脷,蠔,大蝦,獅子狗,安格斯牛同埋粟米。串燒落左好多香料,燒到好香,一放落枱我口水都流埋。燒蠔真係抵,出面食既蠔係燒到蠔肉好細粒,但依間既蠔肉好大舊,好有蠔味,新鮮。 兩隻串燒蝦d皮脆到我可以連皮食埋,蝦味夠,唔會燒到乾哂,好食。 安格斯牛柳真係經典,好軟熟,多汁,食一串係唔夠,一定要食番兩三串先夠,佢調味得好好。 牛脷彈牙,拎黎送酒慢慢食就岩。 跟住我就叫左個毛血旺。 最主要我想講既就係佢好夠麻味!個湯順喉,飲少少都唔怕。不過豬皮可以剪細舊少少就最好。 我最鐘意食佢既豬紅,豬紅有豬紅味唔係咁易,唔會一夾就散,真係幾唔錯。

串燒落左好多香料,燒到好香,一放落枱我口水都流埋。


燒蠔真係抵,出面食既蠔係燒到蠔肉好細粒,但依間既蠔肉好大舊,好有蠔味,新鮮。

安格斯牛柳真係經典,好軟熟,多汁,食一串係唔夠,一定要食番兩三串先夠,佢調味得好好。

最主要我想講既就係佢好夠麻味!個湯順喉,飲少少都唔怕。不過豬皮可以剪細舊少少就最好。 我最鐘意食佢既豬紅,豬紅有豬紅味唔係咁易,唔會一夾就散,真係幾唔錯。
