To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六中午排唔算好多人,但門口排果個位置有少少曬。鋪頭唔算好大,但每台個空間都好舒適唔會好逼。好少鋪頭有得揀咁樣不同既叉燒(梅頭瘦叉燒,火灸肥叉燒,角切叉燒粒),加埋可選擇麵身粗幼同硬度,自由度幾大。揀左招牌熊拉麵,同火灸叉燒,唔算好肥,經火灸後帶少少焦香。豬骨湯味濃。台上有不同既配料,辣芽菜、高菜同紅薑等,惹味爽口,鐘意食既人可以落好多去送麵。流心蛋亦做得唔錯,雖然邊邊有少少熟左,但總體流心效果唔錯。
