To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🍽 憶食尚臘味煲仔飯📍佐敦文匯街22-24號地下2-4號舖地理位置超級方便，啱啱過完關，喺🚄西九高鐵站行過來10分鐘都唔使，高級裝修✨，好適合傾生意或者屋企人聚餐👍🏻，二樓好似高級西餐廳咁，原來食煲仔飯都可以咁嘆😌瑤柱蝦米雜菜煲🥬暖粒粒雜菜煲，材料好新鮮，一上枱已經聞到好香嗰陣瑤柱味😍菜類多，而且唔苦澀黑松露雞煲🐥呢個真係驚喜之選，黑松露份量勁足，一開蓋仲聽到滾油聲😯雞肉同黑松露基本上完美配搭，連本身唔中意食黑松露嘅屋企人都食到停唔到💕雞肉又彈牙脆皮，食完之後更加期待招牌煲仔飯究竟有幾正😝廣式臘味煲仔飯上餸嘅哥哥真係好nice🙊幫手開蓋同撈勻起焦，可以選擇一次過起埋或者食完大部分先起，仲問我地想唔想拍片📷✨教我哋拍邊幾個shot🤣講返嘢食，高質煲仔飯真係名不虛傳，幾款臘味都好肥美，每啖落去啲油脂慢慢滲出來，夾埋脆焦飯😋口感絕對夠爽呢餐真係好食到食完返唔到轉頭🤤下次食煲仔飯我一定再揀呢度
