To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 入去食既原因係因為俾佢既餐牌所吸引,餐牌顯示啲肉大塊到可以遮蓋個碗。今次叫左蔥鹽豚肉飯同燒牛肉飯,滿心期待啲蔥鹽堆成山丘咁及啲肉大到可以遮曬個碗,最終原來只係圖片只供參考感覺上係有啲失望。但食落口又另一回事我食蔥鹽豚肉飯,啲蔥鹽夠味,咸香咸香的,撈飯真係一流,而且啲豚肉夠味,唔乾,有啲香口,所以好快食曬,係有實力。燒牛肉淺嘗,食左一塊,唔乾,脂肪分布唔多,都可以。午餐黎講,味道唔錯,而且無加一收費,往後可以再試。

感覺上係有啲失望。

我食蔥鹽豚肉飯,啲蔥鹽夠味,咸香咸香的,撈飯真係一流,而且啲豚肉夠味,唔乾,有啲香口,所以好快食曬,係有實力
。燒牛肉淺嘗,食左一塊,唔乾,脂肪分布唔多,都可以。

午餐黎講,味道唔錯,而且無加一收費,往後可以再試。
