To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

瀝源附近都有這間拉麵，想不到這天，竟然在沙角邨找不到其他餐廳有位置，反而在沙角邨這間響一品第一次食。🤔看到餐牌，角切刺身，連店員都說不知道有什麼配料，叫食客怎麼落單，結果便簡單的點了炸唐揚雞球拉麵。無論是餐牌，定還是我點的這個拉麵，都充滿港式日式拉麵餐廳的味道。結果，拉麵的質地還算有點彈牙，不算太過軟林，豬骨湯底也就像家中煮出前一丁豬骨濃湯味一般；他自己已叫炸唐揚雞，但平時不是叫唐揚炸雞比較多嗎？炸雞球還算有誠意，最少用另一隻細碟另上給你，溫度亦都夠熱，質地不算太鞋，而且內裏有點肉汁。如果以其他出邊的拉麵來說，這些港式拉麵當然不入流，但如果求其一個午餐的話，其實40多元還算可以接受。
