To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友食齋,我search到尖沙咀原來有一間食廣東點心嘅齋舖~仲開11點,啱晒我哋我11:15 去到,已經冇位啦佢話如果12點俾返張枱佢,仲可以😌我見到咁人氣就快快脆脆叫點心🔸#素翅小籠包 素翅做餡料多咗一份清新嘅感覺,小籠包皮可以做得更薄,就唔會有 ‘立’ 口嘅感覺,但整體味道係唔錯嘅👍🔸#甘筍鹹水角🥕 造型已經非常之靚,即炸👏🏻外層皮脆卜卜,入面嘅餡料同平時嘅鹹水角味道冇分別👍🔸#懷舊布拉腸粉 腸粉皮係多咗少少油,但係食落去好滑,豉油又唔係太鹹,加上甜醬麻醬好好食🤤🔸#四寶滑雞扎 腐皮裏便包住咗大大嚿嘅雪耳,原來雪耳代替平時我哋食嘅魚肚;見到雪耳,我心諗應該麻麻地好食;一咬落去,雪耳做得極腍但又唔爛,加咗沙薑落去調味好好味,有機會仲好味過平時嘅雞扎🔸#雪山叉燒包 平時我唔會食,因為我唔想食到叉燒包裏便叉燒嘅肥肉,所以今次可以大大啖咁食#佢真係11:55嚟叫我埋單#不過我哋都食哂#做得好好嘅齋點心
