To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天因工作來這邊覓食,見別人的食評說很正宗,便來一試。點了排骨擔擔面,排骨是炸好放涼的,直接咬較硬,而且又薄又乾,最後要浸湯才可以食完。擔擔湯的擔擔成份很淡很稀,無咩味道但郤非常咸。面量較少,食完都不夠飽,要再叫鍋貼。鍋貼是煎熱上的,可是又乾又硬,而且味道很淡。店員有點迷網,送餐時忘記位置,要大聲叫等客認頭。枱之間的距離很窄,差點行不過。整體價格不貴,但食物質素真的不佳,咸到覺得會影響健康,以後不會再幫襯這一家了。
