To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係我黑仔... 定係依間舖有問題

依間舖我幫襯過兩次, 但兩次都有唔好經歷第一次係依間舖仍未裝修, 重係叫元氣既時候, 那時座位很密, 不太舒適. 有一位侍應拿著十數隻碟, 當中有些有豉油和wasabi, 她係我背後行過, 但她不小心, 她所表演的雜技失手, 我頓時變成沾有豉油和wasabi的人肉刺身, 幸運的是我當天穿著一件有防水功能的黑色運動衣, 用紙巾一抺已乾得七七八八, 我都好野, 我係一個燥底既人, 當時無發老卑, 而我女朋友就幫我出頭丙個侍應....x@#%?........... 俾人倒完豉油和wasabi, 都要八折埋單.上過月行過見間舖頭裝修左就再幫襯, 點知又做老襯. 食左幾碟野, 見條回轉帶上無野啱食,埋單走. 早幾日收到信用卡月結單, 原來charge左兩次. 我打左電話去卡中心, 卡中心會搵visa跟進.
