To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐冇食燒肉了、今次去咗將軍澳牛角食晚餐!我們叫了2個前菜小食、忌廉芝士蛋蕃茄🍅同涼拌小墨魚、2款都係好清新涼拌前菜 !墨魚口感嚼勁十足、味道帶有微微的酸、令人好開胃!日本國產牛大盛set:⚪️日本國產生肩胛肉⚪️日本國產牛座布團⚪️壺漬日本國產牛肩胛肉我比較喜歡日本國產生肩胛肉、牛肉味香濃、肉質軟腍!牛牛還叫了日本九州產極上黑毛和牛: 油脂分佈平均,輕輕一燒、脂香四溢,入口即溶🩷另外除咗牛、我哋叫了香草蒜燒雞脾菇、燒豬頸肉同燒花魚一夜干、燒魚好好味、而且好嫩滑, 好juicy再配上蘿蔔蓉柚子醋、味道好夾👍🏻當然唔少得牛角飯🍚、上面鋪了滿滿的紫菜、平時食好小飯的我,我都差不多吃了大半碗😆碟豆花椰子🥥梳打同百香果菠蘿茉莉花果茶: 飲品好吸精😍又解喝今川燒 (士多啤梨🍓麻糬)同黑糖奶茶布甸: 今川燒比較好吃,有我喜歡的麻薯、外脆內軟、口感豐富!

日本國產牛大盛set:
⚪️日本國產生肩胛肉
⚪️日本國產牛座布團
⚪️壺漬日本國產牛肩胛肉
我比較喜歡日本國產生肩胛肉、牛肉味香濃、肉質軟腍!

牛牛還叫了日本九州產極上黑毛和牛: 油脂分佈平均,輕輕一燒、脂香四溢,入口即溶🩷

另外除咗牛、我哋叫了香草蒜燒雞脾菇、燒豬頸肉同燒花魚一夜干、燒魚好好味、而且好嫩滑, 好juicy再配上蘿蔔蓉柚子醋、味道好夾👍🏻

當然唔少得牛角飯🍚、上面鋪了滿滿的紫菜、平時食好小飯的我,我都差不多吃了大半碗😆
