潮福我去過2-3次,每一次嚟都保持手水準,所以就算天氣咁鬼熱都無損我去食蒸氣鍋既雅緻,貪佢一個價錢,食到海鮮,菜同肉無限添食。飲品種類都幾多,汽水,啤酒,竹䉀茅根都係任飲今次慶祝爸爸生日,我推介一家人嚟呢到。一坐低就揀左湯飲先,蟲草雞湯好濃郁雞味,應該無味精。之後就到貝類拼盤,一大盤上,蜆肉脹卜卜好juicy,而且無沙。而當中最愛就係北寄貝,平時食壽司就食得多,但其實北寄貝蒸起上嚟好甜,又好厚肉好多汁!!另外桶蠔繼續keep住咁大,蒸完同我手掌咁大,爽肉唔腥其他海鮮嚟講半邊龍蝦都好好好味,只係簡單蒜蓉蒸已經好出色,蝦肉白雪雪又彈牙。最後食埋鍋底吸收晒精華嘅既准山瑤柱粥,配料煮融哂,加頭先食既海鮮汁,非常鮮甜,仲淡淡海水味,very gd,繼續回味 (P.S. 影過太多次相,今次專心吃)
