剛剛週六見天氣唔錯,到了 Zentro Garden 邊吃午餐,邊做 Live 直播,和觀眾傾吓計。叫了一客「白酒香草蜆肉意粉 Clams Linguine with Herbs and Garlic in White Wine Sauce」$98,仍保持水準。蜆仔鮮甜無沙 (此乃重點!) ,輕透酒香,扁意粉煮得軟硬程度合心意,再配一杯冰水,透心涼,就此消磨了一個美味下午。有機會來此餐廳的朋友不妨試試這 signature dish 🍝
