又來Helfit開餐,梗係啦,上次食過翻尋味,心郁郁又想黎睇下今期轉左咩新菜式😆。呢度環境清靜,服務良好,係我一再幫襯嘅指標。嗯,又係令人耳目一新的menu,真令人感動。沒有了飯麵,卻大膽起用了很多西餐廳不敢用的龍蝦作主菜,一來是挺難控制烹調品質,二來是來貨成本高,所以大都不選用。頭盤係我至愛嘅蟹餅,用上菲律賓蟹肉與三色燈籠椒混合,才配以蜜糖芥末汁的新鮮沙律菜,好吃得不消一會已全吃掉了,令人胃口大開。身心都準備好迎接龍蝦湯嘅降臨,龍蝦味果然濃郁,龍蝦肉爽脆彈牙👍🏻,點著麵包吃剛好中和了湯的咸味。龍蝦米多,造型賞心悅目,滿滿的芝士香,還以我最愛吃的薯泥伴碟。洋蔥伴以芝士焗龍蝦,味道濃郁,肉質彈牙。焗羊架配開心果檸檬百里香汁,生熟程度剛好,外層開心果焦香而內裡軟熟juicy,不太有羊羶味,無得彈。大廚今晚為客人大膽準備了兩款色澤、用料、口感相似的甜品,分別是Creme brulee焦糖燉蛋和焦糖布甸。最欣賞這裡對甜品擺碟的用心,看著其賣相已令人心花怒放。微微燒焦的脆香外層和軟滑的燉蛋形成最夾的口味。
