To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我哋星期六三個人去食晏,叫咗四碟嘢,食物尚可以,因為1145am 到人唔多,櫃檯附近職員傾計也很自由,我哋聽到有潮州話粗口評論職員安排大細枱問題,沒理會。食完埋單四百幾,因有一碟鵝肝炒飯屬午餐($88),職員埋單話唔可以用信用卡,其實話俾我聽幾多錢嘅時候,連單也冇俾我睇,直接講出價錢,我要問可唔可以睇吓張單佢先俾我睇,如果4碟嘢其中之一係午餐,而呢個係唔俾用信用卡嘅原因或條件(即使你食得幾多錢),俾現金唔係有問題,但我覺得要預先同客人講。潮洲食館酒樓多的是,呢間幫襯幾次,今次體驗特別,沒有下次了。
