To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

真水煮湯軟殼蟹米線我下次應該問一問軟殼蟹是怎樣處理,估唔到係真係用水煮湯黎煮佢。好難幻想水煮湯煮過吧軟殼蟹會有幾好食。結果黎到一食係靭皮嘅軟殼蟹,咬落去係水煮湯,口感比水蟹更水蟹,少少蟹肉口感都冇。水煮湯嘅緣故都唔奢望有幾多蟹味,所以似食緊韌皮嘅蟹柳 ?! 可能蟹柳啲假肉都比佢好口感。平時都係食譚仔,譚仔3哥幾乎只食個幾次因為湯底同米線質感都好似譚仔比較好唔要魚腐加了豬肝。豬肝咬開雖然熟但係紅色嘅,原因可能係未放好血,或者係人造色素可能?!口感好老,過熟。
