To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 近日想吃越南菜式，知道永吉街開左一間新嘅越南餐廳，所以就約埋朋友一齊去試下一入到去，見到餐廳嘅裝修都好有心思，以簡約嘅風格配埋牆上幾幅好似係以越南街道為風格嘅油畫，簡約得黎都吾會冇左格調我簡簡單單點左一碗雞絲扎肉湯粉，一客蒜蓉包再加一杯越式檸檬茶之前我食過一啲越南餐廳，佢地嘅湯底都落左重味精。我對味精就較為敏感，食完啲重味精嘅食物之後，好多時都會好口喝同頭疼但今次呢間嘅湯底就應該無落味精因為食完之後感覺個湯清清地，幾鮮味但又吾會太咸，而且食完之後都吾會有口喝想大量飲水嘅感覺。侍應姨姨話蒜蓉包係即叫即整所以叫我試下；蒜容包俾我嘅感覺好脆，熱辣辣咁，幾好食，値得推薦杯越式檸檬茶，茶味都幾香濃，杯內有幾片青檸檬片，都幾有越南特色侍應姨姨們嘅態度都好親切，主動幫我追單感覺真係吾錯値得再去試下其他菜式
