To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

初時經過睇到門口將海報以為好掂，又登晒報好多名星慕名而來，試原後感覺真係一般：首先：試左過出名的"桌"魚皮, 魚皮不夠爽, Source唔夠味, 魚類一同要配靚豉油先好食, 兩樣都一般可想而知有幾好食啦第二：標名無味精的粥, 真係食唔出有落味精, 但係食完後有食完味精一樣咁渴的感覺；坦白講果句自己阿媽煲果D真係好食好多倍環境同服務：正常荼記咁, OK0既!價錢方面：80幾(兩個人), 只係叫左一碗粥, 一條油條, 一碟魚皮 (絕對唔抵食)重有一樣野係話好出名, 就係隻椶. 不過無緣再試, 因為唔想再去了!
