一直以來都好鍾意食蟹,特別是全蟹宴,但因為香港食真係好貴,所以特登生日黎食,慶祝一下。我地一行2人,既然一場黎到,各自叫了一個蟹盛釜飯。蟹盛釡飯配松葉蟹腳天婦羅,松葉蟹腳冷物,味噌湯,漬物,生果。首先有三隻松葉蟹腳,望落已經好新鮮,食落超鮮甜,仲預先拆殼,超甜心。再黎三件松葉蟹腳天婦羅,望落炸漿好似有點厚,但食落都好香脆。之後係一個茶碗蒸, 蒸蛋上面有蟹鉗, 蟹子,冬菇,蟹肉和蟹汁完全融入蒸蛋中, 食落滑滑的, 超正!最後,當然是主角釜飯。打開蓋子,內藏一隻松葉蟹蓋,忍唔住要影低佢。松葉蟹蓋下,有超多的蟹子,蟹膏,蟹肉,每一啖都充滿蟹肉的鮮甜味,最值得一讚是整個飯好足料,加上設計令釜飯一路保持熱熱的,吃到底部還有香脆飯焦,值得推介!
