To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

難得過海，去左十年都唔會去一次既西環覓食😋😋😋朋友過之前Facebook 好多人推介呢間周記點心， 加上地鐵站行5分鐘左右就到，非常就腳！我地三點多去到，門口都企左唔少人在等位。蝦多士果然唔係浪得虛名， 新鮮即炸出黎， 蝦膠厚厚的， 而且多士咬落唔會油淋淋，仲好脆口！流心奶黃西多士如果好似我咁，中意流心奶黃包既朋友，一定都係比個讚！鴛鴦燒賣普通加黑松露， 呢個可能好多地方都食到， 但松露味未必有咁香。蝦餃兩個字～皮薄！！XO醬蘿蔔糕相比下，蘿蔔糕就無咩特別。
