To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

值得一試的檸檬茶 小巷裡的型格咖啡店

在西環閒逛，感覺有點累和口渴，去了友人推薦的ARF cafe坐下喝杯茶休息一下。裝潢是工業風，店內有足夠空間感。可以靜靜的忙自己事。店家裡擺放了不少電影海報和牛奶玻璃杯，很有特色。友人點了earl grey tea$45，不得不說杯碟真的很有質感！但是份量有點少，幸好店家有提供水壺，可以再添。home made iced lemon tea$35，不是一般港式的檸檬茶，沒有一片片檸檬在茶裡面泡著。第一口味道稍為酸澀，之後會隨著冰塊融化而稍為變淡，但是檸檬味道仍然很香，喝到底會看到小小的檸檬果肉在茶裡面。非常推薦大家嘗嘗。
