To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 值得一試嘅海南雞飯

是日又出去食lunch~ Happy Friday梗係要食好啲啦！我點半先放飯，去到差唔多兩點咁滯，個場依然好爆！要等一陣位。個個同事都叫海南雞飯，咁我又叫個試下，睇下係咪真係咁好食啦！佢成個set present得好靚！個湯估唔到佢咁好飲，好清甜，唔同一般嘅例湯。海南雞飯最重要梗係雞啦！啲雞好嫩滑，就算係雞胸位都唔鞋，而個雞皮都好薄，有中間個層薄薄嘅骨膠原🤤海南雞飯另一重點就係個油飯喇！佢煮得粒粒分明，仲好香雞油味，真係不得鳥！整體成個飯都好正，都只係五十幾蚊，係D2 Place入面算係一間幾抵食嘅餐廳。唯一唔好嘅係坐位方面，係有少少逼嘅，但係都可以接受，無奈真係太多人食。我覺得呢間餐廳的確可以一試，下次一定再嚟！
