To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有一日夜晚同屋企人一齊食飯，經過見到呢間日本野睇落感覺唔錯，就諗住試下，入到去坐低發現呢間嘢係自助落單嘅，扮晒高級自動化咁，就睇下係唔係真係好食，就叫咗個雜錦海鮮天丼套餐，包括刺身，副菜，味噌湯同甜品黑糖果凍，上餐速度算幾快雜錦海鮮天丼配溫泉玉子🌟🌟🌟🌟雖然係天婦羅但食落唔會話太油膩配搭上溫泉蛋，真係好夾，因為本身天婦羅好乾，就咁食會好滯，依家咁樣就好啲，但如果可以加返啲醬汁會更好味噌湯🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟味道濃郁，亦唔會太鹹，但本身我都鍾意食味道比較濃嘅食物，所以非常符合我嘅口味

雖然係天婦羅但食落唔會話太油膩配搭上溫泉蛋，真係好夾，因為本身天婦羅好乾，就咁食會好滯，依家咁樣就好啲，但如果可以加返啲醬汁會更好
