To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雲貴香米線專門店是一家以雲貴地區特色小吃米線為主打的餐廳。裝修風格简单質樸,菜單上主要是各種米線料理。我點了一碗招牌小鍋米線,第一口就被深深吸引了。米線很彈牙,具有非常勁道的嚼勁。最重要的是湯底,濃郁香醇,一點都不膩口。味道濃郁,用料新鮮,蔥花、辣椒、鹽巴的比例恰到好處,讓米線增添許多風味。我個人特別喜愛小鍋米線價格適中,味道不負薄利。便宜的價格換來滿分的滋味,讓人感到滿意。總的來說,整體食物的口感、味道足以滿足大部分米線愛好者的要求。米線做得不貴,味道卻這麼足,絕對值得推薦。
