好朋友同我補祝生日,因為之前同事試過呢間沖繩料理話唔錯,所以叫左朋友訂定位去試下。由於係訂枱的關係,所以唔洗等就有得入去了。先來一個炭燒煙肉生菜沙律。呢個沙律未切開之前好似一個生菜咁,正當我同朋友都好迷茫唔知點樣落刀嗰陣,靚女經理主動行左過來幫我地切開佢。今時今日咁既服務態度真係值得一讚!味道方面,炭燒煙肉、生菜、溫泉蛋同沙律醬好夾,值得推介!來食日本菜,唔叫刺身好似對唔住自己咁,所以我就老實唔客氣,叫左個最貴的特上刺身拼盤(2-4人)。正所謂一分錢一分貨,來的梗係唔係三文魚咁簡單啦,裡面有薄切鯛魚、響螺、鰹魚、金目鯛同赤鯥魚。我同朋友都最愛個薄切鯛魚,因為真係好鮮甜;響螺又爽口又唔腥;其他刺身都唔錯。食完之後就來左個炭燒拼盤(6串)。其實叫呢道菜的目的係貪佢樣樣都有,可以樣樣都試下。作為食肉獸的我,竟然最愛番茄煙肉串,可能係貪佢夠fresh夠juice掛。其他串燒味道都唔錯,唯一覺得鵪鶉蛋再加多少少汁會好味啲。之後來的係海膽汁燒蠔,又係值得推介的一道菜。平時食海膽同蠔,多數都係就咁生食,估唔到熟食別有一番風味。就連下面墊底的菠菜,都因為個海膽汁變得好好味,最後就梗係俾我地掃哂落肚度啦
