To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

難得老闆話要請客，梗係要食餐勁嘅啦！老闆book咗位喺呢邊食中式點心，試咗之後發現都幾好食~ 老闆話可以隨便叫，我哋幾個嗌咗幾道經典嘅點心試吓：「京式片皮鴨」呢道我最鍾意嘅就係烤鴨嘅外皮！脆脆得嚟帶有一啲嘅焦香味，同埋鴨肉本身嫩滑鮮美，搭配上甜麵醬、蔥絲同埋黃瓜條，簡直係絕配！✨✨「金湯小籠包」小籠包晶瑩透明嘅外皮，可以清楚見到入面嘅餡料。提起嚟仲要非常小心翼翼，因為一唔小心湯汁就會流出嚟~ 真係一口一個都唔夠食！😋「懷舊燒賣王」呢度嘅燒賣個頭唔算太大，但係肉餡非常扎實，咬落去每一啖都可以感受到肉餡豐富多汁，真係唔錯~「芝士鮮蝦腐皮卷」呢個係將傳統嘅中式點心混合西式嘅芝士，係一道非常特別嘅點心~ 腐皮係酥脆嘅，但係入面嘅鮮蝦十分鮮嫩，同埋芝士喺內餡中融化，帶嚟一種濃郁嘅口感，正！
