呢間餐廳開咗差唔多一年,終於有機會試試。平時見好多人等位,今日又唔算要等好耐。點好彩後,上菜嘅速度都幾快。葡汁焗青口有六大隻青口,青口肉實淨,加上薯蓉、煙肉粒、洋蔥、芝士,焗得非常好味,非常香口。咖喱羊架配脆豬包上碟已經聞到好濃嘅咖喱汁味,有三大片羊架,外皮燒得香脆,內面仍然有肉汁。特別想講下咖喱汁唔算太辣,好惹味,拌豬仔包一流!脆皮豬手上碟嘅時候用一個透明蓋蓋住,侍應會喺個蓋中間加熱,個蓋瞬間就變咗白濛濛一片,有飄出陣陣燒烤味。引來旁邊食客都望過嚟。豬手份量都算多,原隻上,已經起肉起骨。這個餸要趁熱食,放涼了豬皮會比較韌。呢間餐廳有驚喜, 三碟菜都好食,會再黎試試其他。

上碟嘅時候用一個透明蓋蓋住,侍應會喺個蓋中間加熱,個蓋瞬間就變咗白濛濛一片,有飄出陣陣燒烤味。引來旁邊食客都望過嚟。豬手份量都算多,原隻上,已經起肉起骨。這個餸要趁熱食,放涼了豬皮會比較韌。
