To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六在中環畫班放學，路經永吉街，會心思思去食越南嘢，試過附近好幾間，小河內係首選。店內走簡潔chic 路線，窗明儿淨，老闆娘十分好客有人緣，總给人賓至如歸嘅感覺，此亦為小店一大賣點。必食生牛河，燒雞湯河，豬排魚餅亦不錯，凍飲青檸梳打好refreshing，必試。下次有機會，會試吓menu其他款色。個chef 好風趣，會出來同人傾兩句，閒談間，得知原來每日晨早返店淆個湯底，吾怪之得湯頭清甜。 所以我會回頭幫眕呢間小店，見吓老闆娘，食吓好嘢。大家不防一試
