同事生日,佢喜歡食刺身壽司,我請佢去九龍城渡邊屋慶生,因為店內雖然只有數個位,但係以吧枱設計,可以近距離欣賞佢廚師用新鮮食材即製不同食物。梭子魚刺身:梭子魚油脂含量豐富,做刺身時表皮會經過輕微炙烤,油脂滲出,帶出魚香,口感鮮嫩且帶有海洋的清新馥郁。日本海膽魷魚刺身:魷魚入口爽滑彈牙,極富口感。橙黃色的海膽味道甘甜,質感細膩,入口即溶。海膽魷魚一次滿足味蕾渴求。霜燒魚生丼:燒霜技術是將刺身表面略微炙燒,肉質依然保持生鮮的效果。三文魚口感幼滑細緻,有入口即溶的感覺。左口裙邊既爽又甜,甘甜魚油緩緩滲出,層次豐富。 濃郁甘香,入口即溶。帶子惹味得來不減鮮味。
