To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說老闆話想响公司附近搵間平靚正嘅酒樓慶功🥳好彩比我發現到彩薈軒，位置方便，地方很大，裝修以翠綠色為主，環境優雅而光猛，有別於一般酒樓，於是就推薦老闆過來，果然無令大家失望😊臨近母親節酒樓還有親情宴，部長推介十分抵食呀😀😀🔸乳豬全體🐷皮脆肉嫩，平時怕肥膩嘅我，都忍唔到口食咗幾件🔸金沙大虎蝦擺盤精緻，大大隻的虎蝦，外酥內嫩🔸醬皇炒翠花枝象拔蚌海鮮與醬汁的完美結合，象拔蚌彈牙，花枝爽口，鮮美中帶有醬香🔸鹽燒原隻鮑魚第一次食鹽燒鮑魚，外脆內軟，平時唔鍾意食炸嘢嘅我都覺得好好食呀！🔸清蒸生猛龍躉斑目測有2斤，蒸魚時間啱啱好，魚肉滑溜🔸柚子蜜梅金薯骨創意菜，甜中帶酸，令人驚喜🔸濃湯珍菌浸菜遠，菜心鮮甜🔸脆皮南乳吊燒雞賣相吸引，雞肉燒得好滑，一啲都唔韌最後既驚喜大蟠桃，則是完美的結尾，蓮蓉甜而不膩，還有大蛋黃，讓整頓大餐留下了美好的記憶😍佐敦呢間彩薈軒不僅在食物的質量上追求卓越，更在服務上致力完善，服務員不多但每位都好殷勤和細心，以後喺公司附近又多一個適合朋友相聚，甚至商務宴請的理想之地啦😋😋下次再帶屋企人來食飯先🫶🏻
