朋友從來都未食過鐵板燒,所以帶左佢黎呢間試下佢既商務午市套餐一個價錢有2人份量,而且見到南非鮑魚係個養岡活捉。覺得好新鮮仲會係到跳舞好活躍同好大隻。前菜黎個沙律開開胃之後就係主角之一既南非活鮑魚,夠晒大隻,而且食落有彈性同同有甜味石班柳用銀雪魚,魚肉外層夠晒香脆同金黃色。魚肉夠晒結實。煎過後都十分之香口,配上煎香既脆玉瓜,中和番口腔復雜味道。清酒煮蜆,蜆肉無沙粒粒鮮甜飽滿脹卜卜,個蜆湯好甜又夠清香。牛肉簿燒,食落有肉味。燒過後好香口。好有油香。去到尾聲仲有炒飯、炒什菜、漬物、麵豉湯。蛋炒飯配上櫻花蝦。焦糖多土配奶凍,個奶凍係師傅親自製作。勁香濃同香滑再配上脆卜卜焦糖多士,都係現場師傅即場製作的。
