To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 終於有機會一試聞名已久的點心專門店, 雖是假日, 幸好下午茶時間都不用等位, 實在難得第一個到的點心是馬立糕, 不是很甜, 但非常之鬆, 吃完差不多是像吃一陣風般擺位有點不好看, 亦是較一般細小的粉果, 不過都很多料, 很美味, 但外層稍為太粉, 不是晶瑩的皮賣相十分吸引, 吃下酥皮, 的確鬆脆軟滑, 內裡熱騰騰的饀料, 都很足, 正!看似不錯, 不過不是煎香的脆面, 只是軟身的表面稍為煎了, 內裡都是軟綿綿的, 都算蘿蔔味很重很多料的蒸飯, 飯很軟, 加多一些甜豉油, 都十分不錯另一足料蒸飯, 蒸牛肉十分多, 很軟滑, 很入味, 煎蛋是半生熟的, 非常美味!
