食物迅即一窩蜂咁上,張枱明明唔夠位服務生都仲要向上疊
,餸菜擺低後一聲不響就走埋人,想追問時個個好似聾耳陳上身咁,真係O哂嘴囉
!雖然隔咗陣另有專人前來燒煮第一道牛肉,其態度亦溫婉友善得多,有問必答,可惜燒咗一輪過熟嘅牛肉後就冇再返轉頭,表面功夫都好敷衍吓。

,不過如果可以熱啲就更完美!大家要留意,一客和牛三文治共有四件,一個人一件份量最好,不過長者有機會覺得一件太溜。

話哂餐牌上標明為「稀有部位」喎,大家都諗住唔好以貌取牛啦,點知五款中最劣真係瘀瘀地色,且切到岩岩巉巉嘅牛肉條
!啲肉勁多根,連碗都咬得崩嘅大肥爸爸都話搞佢唔點,仲諷刺地講咗句「稀有唔代表一定好喎」

「柞木炭家」環境開揚寬廣,無奈喺店子並非爆滿嘅情形下,接待員及場內多位服務生就表演得不甚誠懇,廚房所預備嘅韓燒食材及煮製嘅冷盤、熱食質量十分參差,當中只有和牛菜式最為美味。雖然餐廳限定用餐時間為兩小時,但都不應一次過上哂所點選嘅生熟菜式,影響衛生之餘更有催趕食客之嫌,令人極之反感
!即使食客可享網上訂座折扣優惠,但平均消費都要五百多元,餐店內外也未免過份敷衍吧

Other Info. : 大肥發現洗手間設於另外一層,對行動不便及年長嘅貴客可以話係不便上不便,且相當危險,當真有必要作出改善。
