於網上平台見到一向跟蹤開嘅食家近日上載咗一幅相當吸引嘅和牛三文治靚相,得知出自銅鑼灣韓燒店「柞木炭家」,小肥即組咗團大食會去試。網上訂座流程十分簡易,最興奮就係可享全單85折優惠!不過有點好奇怪,就係要等到用餐當日先收到餐廳來電確認,並告知用餐時間限定為兩小時。餐廳佔用面積全層,以木為主嘅裝潢及橫樑屏風嘅設計時尚得黎都帶有韓國古裝片嘅影子。用餐大堂十分寬廣,餐桌間嘅距離足,唯獨室內光線偏暗,抽氣唔係咁夠勁。餐桌最特別嘅就係角落頭有個擺放煮食工具嘅窿窿。入座後,服務生隨即送上五款前菜小碟,款式明顯比一般韓燒店少,就連最基本嘅菠菜、魚餅、薯仔沙律、魚仔等都冇。五款小碟中只有泡菜一項係有得自行添加,似乎孤寒咗唔止啲啲囉!每位客人另有一份三式調味拼盤,係咩就要自己估啦,因為上咗枱後係冇人介紹嘅。唔知服務生係過份生手定係欠缺誠意呢,擺少咗個位居然要再三催促先補返簡單嘅自用餐具,唔問仲要冇乾、濕紙巾用,慳吝嘅作風越黎越顯著!桌上有自助式凍茶。餐牌上嘅飲品項目共有兩頁,大部份中、韓、英對照。酒鬼食韓燒當然係要啤一啤佢啦!食物餐牌則有五頁之多,包括三頁散點項目及節令菜式。另外兩頁為二人套餐「王道」($

大肥發現洗手間設於另外一層,對行動不便及年長嘅貴客可以話係不便上不便,且相當危險,當真有必要作出改善。
