Restaurant: Poke Go (漆咸道南)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 成日岀街食咁多油膩野,間唔中都要食返啲clean food😎喱間Poke bowl晏晝唔好洗等位,但夜晚就多數排長龍! Poke bowl就岩哂減肥或素食人士,大大碗又豐富,食得健康又飽肚。尤其係夏天咁熱,食碗清涼嘅魚生飯就岩哂👍🏻Poke bowl通常以角切魚生,加飯/菜做base, 再配埋各種配料醬汁~我多數都中意自選配料❣️ 今次揀左三文魚,珍珠糙米飯,麻醬豆腐,蟹棒沙律,雞蛋絲同櫻桃蕃茄。醬汁就揀咗山葵乳酪醬😆啲材料都好新鮮,食落勁fresh🍃面頭仲有啲木魚碎、果仁、紫菜岩鹽、脆蒜頭同炸蓮藕片,撈埋食落好爽口,整體感覺好清新健康👍🏻
