元朗雖然係遠咗啲,但有時為咗特色野食我都會去吓今日特登由銅鑼灣去元朗,用咗1個鐘多少少嘅時間嚟到,為嘅就係一碗可以連湯都飲得嘅麵佢唔係普通嘅青紅蘿蔔湯或者高湯,係利用咗鱷魚骨制作,含有豐富蛋白質,好有營養架!所以吸引我嚟試吓!叫咗車仔麵,加咗幾種配料: 蝦、炸魚皮首先嚟到緊係試吓個湯喇,好清甜,飲落真係唔覺有味精味同埋口渴嘅情況,不過剔咗加辣,覺得隻辣同湯唔太match建議都係原汁原味最好啲蝦唔算好細隻,但有好多隻,炸魚皮脆卜卜,面上沾咗啲湯再好食d腐乳芥蘭辣醬炸雞翼雞翼就冇咩特別,不過反而辣醬幾好食,唔係平時一樽樽嗰隻辣醬,冇乜酸酸縮縮嘅味配雞翼正!

佢唔係普通嘅青紅蘿蔔湯或者高湯,係利用咗鱷魚骨制作,含有豐富蛋白質,好有營養架!所以吸引我嚟試吓!

首先嚟到緊係試吓個湯喇,好清甜,飲落真係唔覺有味精味同埋口渴嘅情況,
不過剔咗加辣,覺得隻辣同湯唔太match
建議都係原汁原味最好
啲蝦唔算好細隻,但有好多隻,
炸魚皮脆卜卜,面上沾咗啲湯再好食d

雞翼就冇咩特別,不過反而辣醬幾好食,
