其實平時食poke bowl 都要有個心理準備就係食下午茶,因為又細又唔夠飽所以為食同大食既我,poke bowl 唔係我第一選擇。最近見到公司附近開左新既poke bowl….意外地食到愛上左,已經食左好幾次,所以收集好相片就打食評。外在裝潢既風格係rock 同簡約風有大大個自家設計既logo 燈第一次同朋友點左自選poke bowl ( build your own bowl )朋友點左西蘭花,粟米,泡菜,香菇,吞拿魚要左沙律菜底,同埋柑橘沙律汁(可以揀少汁同埋汁另上)佢地有免費既調味: 椰子碎/紫菜碎/芝麻/辣椒(大推椰子碎,正)作為牛油果愛好者,一定要有,點左三文魚,鳳尾蝦,香菇,青瓜,蟹肉,紫洋蔥,都係柑橘沙律汁要左半飯半菜少飯,汁另上,要左二份木魚碎再配左芒果羽衣甘藍果昔,佢地係用冰左既生果,再溝左nuts 同埋赤藻醣醇代替白糖,減少身體負擔同埋有咬口,而且芒果味濃仲無乜青味(好大杯,勁滿足)今次點「我全都要」有三文魚同吞拿魚都比得好大方,加埋超過左100g(又準備再爆protein )第二次點左夏威夷玉子燒同「我全都要」玉子燒既量好大,上面有滿滿木魚碎同紫菜絲,有半個牛油

咬開入面是滿滿既蟹柳,而且佢比外面日式既玉子燒無咁淋,配埋配料食,好好咬口又好飽了

健人最希望既就係食raw good同有high protein 既選擇,今次揀左果昔-高蛋白香蕉朱古力果昔,有成60g protein 咁多,真心推薦比健人同為食友,因為無乜化學味,香蕉同朱古力又係絕配,比起食甜品更好

第四次食左佢地新menu
是火辣汁墨魚仔,bite size 墨魚仔配左佢地新出品既辣汁好惹味,上面仲有紫菜絲同叫洋蔥碎

朋友點左藍莓果昔,因為用冰左既莓果,唔伯有化學味,我點左菠蘿特似,我覺得二杯都幾岩夏天,甜甜酸酸,好fresh 唔會太濃又開胃
